Job Description Portico is now hiring for a Welcome Host (Corporate Security Concierge), that will be based in the London offices of one of a world renown Bank! Our Concierge will leave all guests and colleagues with a positive and lasting impression of the bank as a market leader in visitor experience and service excellence, ensuring that the highest level of customer care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders in the clients’ business. In this varied role, the Concierge will assist the bank’s staff across all areas of the Welcome Services. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, can build strong working relationships. They will be comfortable to take ownership of a range of tasks and consistently deliver five-star customer service. Shift pattern: 47.5 hours per week, Shifts from 8:30 to 19:00 Monday-Friday. Salary: £36,556 per annum Qualifications The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service role or concierge role essential. Must have a valid SIA license or be comfortable obtaining one. Additional Information What's in it for you?
