Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Experience & Hosting Welcome clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and natural elegance, ensuring each interaction reflects the AP values of authenticity and respect. Curate a home-like environment that balances discretion and conviviality — offering coffee, drinks, or culinary moments that make guests feel truly cared for. Coordinate private appointments, events, and bespoke hospitality experiences Anticipate guest needs, personalize experiences, and create emotional connections that inspire long-term relationships. 2. Atmosphere & Ambience Management Ensure the AP House embodies our distinctive lifestyle — refined yet relaxed — through attention to music, scent, decoration, and overall atmosphere. Oversee the maintenance of hospitality areas, ensuring impeccable presentation and alignment with brand aesthetics. Collaborate with internal and external partners (catering, florists, maintenance, etc.) to uphold a seamless experience environment. 3. Beverage & Bar Management Supervise and support the bartender to ensure client service that aligns with the brand standard Curate and refresh the beverage menu, including coffee, tea, and cocktail selections, to reflect seasonal inspirations and guest preferences. Oversee bar inventory, supplies, and presentation standards. Ensure all beverage service complies with health, safety, and brand hospitality guidelines 4. Collaboration & Team Support Work closely with the boutique team to align hospitality actions with client engagement strategies. Support retail and marketing teams during client events, dinners, or private gatherings. Share insights and feedback to continuously refine the client experience within the House. Requirements: 1.Adaptability: Understand and adapt to changes and trends and plan daily work with enough flexibility to accommodate a Plan B or Plan C for unexpected situations. Shift focus to address current needs. Adjust own behavior or support the team in adapting to the situation or accomplish the tasks. 2.Teamwork: Foster an inclusive environment by valuing differences, understanding diversity and mitigating personal bias in decision making. Encourage and support others to recognize their own strength and importance. Identify and improves inefficient processes in team collaboration. Help clarify goals, roles, and responsibilities when there is ambiguity. 3.Client centricity: Clearly connect client experience initiatives with sales plan objectives. Integrate emerging client needs and objectives into ongoing service and sales plans. Continuously share client perspectives and experiences with the team to drive improvement. Set the standard within the boutique for establishing connections and engaging with client. 4.Communication and influence: Fully understand what’s going on through proactive communication. Develop tailored communication strategies to effectively engage with diverse client profiles. Deliver prompt feedback to both team members and management. Radiate positivity, effectively facilitate information sharing within the team, and be highly approachable. 5.Accountability: Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. Focus on finding a solution rather than placing blame. Foster accountability in others Qualifications 1.1 Bachelor’s degree above. 1.2. No gender requirement 1.3. Good English and Mandarin in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 1.4. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end restaurant, or high-end event hosting. 1.5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural sense of empathy and elegance.
