What you can expect
As part of the Welcome and Support team the assistant will be responsible for welcoming and integrating foreign newcomers upon their arrival to Lisbon and during their stay with Teleperformance.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome new hires and do their check-in in the company’s apartments (airport pickups and relocation support);
  • Providing 24h/7 support to workers living in Teleperformance’s apartments;
  • Ensure norms of conduct in the companies apartments are respected;
  • Ensure all necessary documents are signed before the check-in – support administrative and legal procedures;
  • Support new hires in resolving specific situations detected by Human Resources;
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution;
  • Do the check-out of employees leaving the company’s apartments;
  • Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal – focused in the success of the company;
  • Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the projects(s) results;
  • Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions);
  • Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately;

What you’ll need

  • Car License;
  • B1 English Speaker (minimum);
  • Work Experience;
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
