Role: Welcome Team Agent
Location: Liverpool, Mersey Chambers
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rota: 3-week rolling 8:00am – 7:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 5:30pm)
Salary: £25,788 - £27,515 Plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.

• Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate
• Perform checks on applicants’ details to confirm accuracy
• Update details and advise customers to any change in the price of their premium
• Assist client in providing vital information
• Promote bespoke packages relating to the client’s needs
• Always provide excellent customer service
