Description The Welcome Team Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives, customers, and technicians. The position requires a high degree of detail orientation, precision, and technical expertise. As a Welcome Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks, including managing schedules and assigning jobs. Primary Responsibilities: Set up new customer accounts following agreements and established processes Oversee and maintain the Leadline process to ensure efficiency and accuracy Assign and route jobs, ensuring all work is completed and accounted for accurately Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks for the day are completed and processes are followed. Support sales representatives in administrative tasks and customer interactions Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with FSM software's used in the pest and home services industries. Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and business needs. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Experience with customer-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
