GENERAL ROLE The Welcomist will deliver and ensure the best customer experience to our clients! He/She will rapidly gain an understanding of retail fashion luxury industry and how an important Store is daily organized. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES The Welcomist will be involved in the following activities: Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting; Build strong relationships with clients in order to discover their needs and wishes; Talk to clients while they wait to be with the Sales Associate in charge of the Métier they are interested in; Manage customer queues through a dedicated app on Hermès devices; Support the Sales Associates Team by helping schedule their appointments and customer visits; Manage front and back relationship with the Operations Teams to ensure the online, after sales service and reservations orders delivery. PROFILE Bachelor’s degree preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus; Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage; Proficient with Excel / IT tools; Willing to work with expected full-time working hours with a fixed-term contract. Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile. Responsibilities
The Welcomist is responsible for delivering the best customer experience by warmly greeting clients, building relationships to understand their needs, and managing customer queues using a dedicated app. They will also support Sales Associates by scheduling appointments and coordinating front/back office relationships for order delivery.
