JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welding Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in welding processes and technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing welding systems to ensure high-quality production while adhering to industry standards.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and system design.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Arduino applications for automation in welding systems is preferred.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques is beneficial.

  • Apply mechanical knowledge to optimize welding parameters for various materials using CNC machines.
  • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess the structural integrity of welded components.
  • Engage in quantum engineering principles to innovate advanced welding solutions.
  • Utilize Simulink and MATLAB for modeling and simulation of welding processes.
