What We’re Looking For: You are an experienced welder with a strong grasp of production flow You are comfortable working with Plant Leadership to execute and achieve the goals for your department. You keep safety a top priority and make sure your team understands and follows proper procedures and techniques. You are an effective communicator who likes working with a diverse team. You are a problem solver who enjoys working with others.
