Keltech are seeking motivated and reliable Weld Department Operatives to join our busy production team. This role involves working within our weld department to carry out a range of related tasks that support our welding operations.
While you will not be welding initially, there is an excellent opportunity to upskill and train in welding for the right candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous manufacturing or metalwork experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Strong level of English is essential

• Buffing and grinding metal components to a high standard
• Testing and checking parts for quality compliance
• Washing and preparing parts for the next production stage
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
