"Work Today, Get Paid Today!"   * 9 Paid Holidays * Quarterly bonuses * Quarterly rate increase * Health, Dental, Vision insurance, and other Ancillary coverages * 401K * Monthly Accrued Vacation * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Safety Shoe Voucher Program Summary:  * Performs Tig (Aluminum/Stainless steel) welding of structural metals in accordance with American Welding Society standards and specific work instructions regarding product construction * Essential Functions:  * Use engineering drawings to assemble HVAC units/sub-assemblies. * May be required to perform simple wire connections, per drawings, etc.  * MIG and TIG welding for galvanized and stainless-steel applications.  * Demonstrate ability to use an assortment of hand/power tools.   * Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.  * Complete unit paperwork and Quality Control (QC) checklist.  * Reporting of defective equipment to Supervisor.  * Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. * Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner. * Complete accident and incident reports (near miss) in a timely manner.
