JOB OVERVIEW

A10 Fabrication is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have experience in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and
teamwork. This position involves production welding, fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal
structures and equipment according to specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a welder (minimum 5 years preferred).
• CWB Certifications
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of welding machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welders.
• Measure and cut materials to specifications using various hand and power tools.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structure to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
