Airswift is currently partnering with a well-established engineering company to source experienced Welders for an immediate project based in Henderson, WA.

These are workshop-based opportunities offering consistent hours and the potential for ongoing work for the right candidates. Enjoy sleeping in your own bed every night with no FIFO required.

Scope of Work

Responsibilities will include:

• FCAW (Flux Core) welding in a fabrication workshop environment
• Welding carbon steel components to project specifications
• Working from drawings and welding procedures
• Fabrication and assembly of structural steel and plate work
• Maintaining quality standards and completing required documentation
• Working safely within a high-performing workshop team
• Supporting workshop operations as required and contributing to a team-focused environment

What You'll Need

• Trade qualification as a Welder or Boilermaker/Welder
• Strong FCAW welding experience
• Ability to successfully pass a weld test (3G and 4G) on commencement
• Experience working in fabrication, heavy industrial or engineering workshop environments
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and workmanship
• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to a minimum of 6-8 weeks of work
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to assist where required
