What We’re Looking For: Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products. Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure. Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting. Requirements Welding Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools. Measurement and Math Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively. Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred): Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus. Relatable Experience (preferred): Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus. Weekend Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Fri-Sun, 3 12-hour shifts (work 36 hours get paid for 40)
