With a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminum Welder to support our growing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in aluminum welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes with aluminum.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper safety practices in a fabrication shop environment.
• Red Seal or CWB welding certification (asset, but not required).
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Perform high-quality aluminum welding, fabrication, and repair work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Operate a variety of welding and fabrication tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.
