JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. The primary responsibility is fabricating and welding aluminum speed boats from scratch, utilizing both MIG and TIG welding techniques. The role involves working with CNC-cut parts, guided by 3D models and blueprints.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 3+ years of aluminum welding experience.
• CWB certified in aluminum welding (horizontal fillets), expired or current.
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding, particularly using Lincoln equipment with push/pull technique.
• Ability to run plate rollers, chop saws, and pipe benders.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with press brake, CNC, and marine welding.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Welding schooling is a plus.
• Previous marine welding experience is advantageous.

• Fabricate and weld aluminum speedboats from scratch.
• Primarily perform MIG welding, with some TIG welding experience required.
• Work with CNC-cut parts for MIG and TIG aluminum welding.
• Utilize 3D models and blueprints to guide fabrication and welding tasks.
• Operate various shop equipment such as plate rollers, chop saws, and pipe benders.
• Perform all welding positions within the shop.
