JOB SUMMARY

Production welding of sub-assemblies and finished products. Repetitious work involves the fitting of various components, reading CAD drawings, welding thin gauge mild steel and stainless steel, both free-hand and with positioner. Ability to adapt, trouble shoot and multi-task while delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mig weld light gauge mild & stainless steel all-positions
  • Perform accurate fitting of different parts.
  • Ability to distinguish materials and gauges and weld accordingly.
  • Ability to perform clean production turntable welds.
  • Finish assembly welding of the complete system by hand.
  • Inspect work for quality control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Perform various tasks of sub-assemblies and finishing.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment involving repetitive tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience welding light gauge metal is mandatory
· Ability to accurately follow written and verbal procedures
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
· Strong problem solving skills
· Reliable transportation and attendance are a must
