About the role: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Fabricator is responsible for working within a team of employees responsible for working within a team of employees responsible for the welding of ship components and structures with the minimum production time and maximum quality. Required Skills / Experience / Attributes: Essential At least high school graduate with formal training in welding taken from an accredited training centre. Must be an A-class certified welder. At least 2 years experience in Aluminium Welding Desirable Confined Space Entry Experience/Training Working at Height Experience/Training Hot Work Certified Note: Interested applicants are required to submit the following: Application letter and detailed resume (showing relevant evidence where above duties have been performed) Copy of Diploma and/or bachelor's degree (whichever is applicable) Any other relevant licenses and certifications Why Austal?
