Key Responsibilities: Set up and complete MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding in the assembly of parts to MIL-Standard Quality Regulate gas, current, voltage, and electrodes to perform arc welding Regulate pressure, flow, and tips to perform gas welding Inspect welds using measuring equipment and weld gauges Maintain production logs and required records Coach and assist colleagues as necessary Maintain a clean and safe working environment What We Offer: 401k – 4% match on 5% deferrals PTO – Up to 5 weeks Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer Paid Short-term Disability Generous Health Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance Safety Shoes & Glasses reimbursements Employee Appreciation Events Competitive pay based on experience. Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding Ability to read work instructions for setup requirements Ability to use Oxy/Fuel Torch, hand, and power tools Ability to pass required certifications as needed Good interpersonal skills for working within a team; also able to work independently Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings a plus Must have tools Related Military Job Codes: We value military experience and recognize transferable skills.
