Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding Ability to read work instructions for setup requirements Ability to use Oxy/Fuel Torch, hand, and power tools Ability to pass required certifications as needed Good interpersonal skills for working within a team; also able to work independently Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings a plus Must have tools Related Military Job Codes: We value military experience and recognize transferable skills. Key duties include regulating welding parameters, inspecting welds with gauges, maintaining production logs, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
