JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Field Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling Steel structures and equipment through the use of welding techniques. This is a hands-on position that requires precision and attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding, preferably with ironworking and similar metal fabrication
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, calipers, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
