Aureol Global Connections is seeking a versatile Welder/Fabricator to join our skilled workforce. This role requires a candidate who excels in both welding and fabrication tasks, contributing to the manufacturing and assembly of metal structures with precision and quality. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and performing welding and fabrication duties to meet project requirements. Responsibilities Set up and operate welding equipment to weld metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, blueprints, and fabrication drawings to understand project requirements. Fabricate metal parts by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials accurately. Inspect welded and fabricated parts to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working order. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Document welding and fabrication activities and report any issues encountered promptly. High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in welding and fabrication are advantageous. Proven experience in welding and fabrication roles. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes. Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, precise work. Physical ability to perform welding and fabrication duties efficiently. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
