Your Role and Responsibilities
You’ll be a key part of our production team, performing MIG welding on both aluminum and steel, reading and interpreting drawings, and using various tools to bring our trailers to life. We need a skilled and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience with aluminum and steel
• Experience with measuring, cutting, and fabricating materials
• The ability to read and interpret drawings
• Accountability: show up for your shift daily and on time
