Canadian Waste Equipment is proud to be family owned and operated right here in Red Deer, Alberta. Canadian Waste Equipment is a newly established business, opening our doors in November 2023. We fabricate and design a range of waste equipment and supplies. Our offerings include items such as front-end containers, roll-off containers, and waste container parts and supplies.

JOB SUMMARY

Canadian Waste Equipment is looking to expand our current team by adding a full-time welder to our staff. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking to get in on the ground floor of a new business and move up in the ranks as we grow! Over the last few month’s, we have seen rapid growth and we are looking to fill our roster with eager individuals who want to grow with us and move up in the business!

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Proficient in MIG Welding.
  • Experience using power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal.
  • Ability to fabricate, rig, and assemble metal components.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld metal components according to specifications.
  • Operate Mig Welder
  • Operate cutting & plasma torch
  • Perform machining tasks such as drilling, tapping, and grinding.
  • Assemble fabricated parts to create finished products.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
