We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a construction or manufacturing environment are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding within a construction or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Stick welding.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, ductwork fabrication, pipe threading, and machining processes.
• Strong understanding of basic math concepts for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to fabrication tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Location: In perso

• Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Stick welding on various materials, including sheet metal and pipe.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines for fabrication tasks.
• Conduct assembly of components according to specifications while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Operate forklifts safely for material handling and transportation.
• Perform rigging tasks as needed for lifting heavy materials or equipment.
• Use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure precise measurements.
• Execute plasma cutting and soldering tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and ASME codes & standards.
