QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• College diploma in Millwrighting, Welding Techniques, or equivalent
• Skilled in multiple welding methods and able to read blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Own tools required; CWB certification preferred
• 3-4 years of welding/fabrication experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and improve damaged tooling, guards, and mechanical parts
• Assist with welding and mechanical breakdowns
• Fabricate safety and efficiency components
• Diagnose machine issues
• Read and interpret blueprints and instructions
• Operate welding and cutting equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, plasma)
• Perform routine maintenance
• Keep the workspace safe and organized
