We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and capable of working with precision to produce high-quality metal components. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that all work meets industry standards.

SKILLS

• Proficient in TIG welding and Stick welding techniques
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Familiarity with sheet metal work and assembly processes
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Perform TIG and Stick welding on various materials, ensuring strong and reliable welds
• Utilise hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements
• Fabricate sheet metal parts according to specifications, ensuring accuracy in dimensions
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any fabrication issues
