We are seeking an experienced Welder & Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating components from drawings and performing welding operations to join components. The ideal candidate should have experience in both MIG and TIG welding, as well as the ability to read engineering drawings and use hand tools and other equipment to fabricate and assemble components to exact specifications. You should have knowledge of a range of materials and processes is essential, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The role requires excellent attention to detail and an ability to work to meet deadlines. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Proficient in welding techniques, TIG and MIG are essential
  • Strong welding skills with experience in sheet metal fabrication
  • Knowledge of various hand tools used in metal fabrication
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
  • Familiarity with power tools and machinery used in metal fabrication processes
  • Strong ability to assemble and fabricate metal structures according to specifications
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and problem-solving
    If your application is successful we will be in contact to arrange an initial telephone interview before inviting you in for a formal in-person interview. At interview you will be expected to complete some TIG weld tests, so you will be required to bring all necessary PPE, if you do not have the essentials please let us know in advance so we can ensure to have some available for you.
