REQUIREMENTS

· 5+ years of relevant experience as a Journey Welder would be preferred but not required
· Red Seal certification preferred but not required.
· Proven experience as a welder in a similar role.
· Proficiency in reading blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and precision.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks for extended periods.
· Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
· Work both in shop, as well as on mobile jobs and projects
· Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
· Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
