We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety while adhering to ASME codes and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick welding, and FCAW.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and angles.
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
  • Experience operating forklifts is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG Welding, Fitting and fabrications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.

  • Conduct rigging, and assembly of components as required.
  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials around the site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy.
