Duties:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Assemble fabricated metal parts using various welding techniques
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Use machining tools to fabricate metal components
- Rig and move heavy materials as needed
- Conduct plasma cutting for precise metal shaping
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Experience in machining and fabricating metal components
- Ability to rig and move heavy materials safely
- Proficiency in plasma cutting for precise metal shaping
