JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled TIG and MIG Welder to join our team at our production facility in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will bring experience in welding and fabrication, a commitment to workplace safety, and a collaborative spirit. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding and fabrication.
  • Familiarity with jigs, fixtures, and fabrication templates.
  • Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
  • Strong understanding of welding processes, tools, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for 80% of the shift and walk for 20%.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently with reasonable accommodation.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms; ability to bend, twist, and squat during shift.
  • Must meet requirements for working in a safety-sensitive position.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $28.64 - $40.67 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG, MIG, and STICK welding on various components.
  • Fabricate and repair trailers, tractors, and other industrial equipment.
  • Execute sanitary welds and operate welding tools including Bridgeport, lathes, drill presses, and CNC equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet job specifications.
  • Inspect weld joints for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
