Henson Engineering, a family-run business, is looking for a reliable and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our workshop team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Production Welding & Fabrication – Completing a set number of jobs each week in line with customer requirements.
- MIG Welding, Drilling & Fettling – Training provided if needed.
- Customer Communication – Keeping in regular contact with customers about their orders.
- Deliveries – Assisting with delivery of finished products when required.
- Workshop-Based Role – Working in a fully equipped workshop with a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
- Practical & Reliable – Hands-on, dependable, and able to meet production deadlines.
- Good Communicator – Comfortable speaking with customers and representing the business.
- Team Player – Works well with others and contributes to a positive environment.
- Full Driving Licence – Essential for helping with deliveries.
