JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to specifications and blueprints. Your expertise in various welding techniques and fabrication processes will be essential in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with a variety of tools and machinery used in manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery including forklifts, press brake machines, and plasma cutters.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to fabrication projects.
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication processes
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as plasma cutters, press brake machines, and forklifts for fabrication tasks.
  • Conduct machining operations as needed to achieve desired dimensions using calipers and other measuring tools.
  • Assemble components according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Operate cranes safely for lifting heavy materials during the fabrication process.
  • Engage in rigging operations to ensure safe handling of materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
