Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a skilled and experienced welder fabricator to join our team in Ruislip.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in steel fabrication and MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid UK work authorization
• Driving licence (preferred but not essential)

THE ROLE:

As a Steel Welder and Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of mild steel components, working from technical drawings to produce bespoke structural and architectural products including staircases, handrails, balustrades, beams, and frames.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
• Fabricate steel components to a high standard
• MIG welding (TIG experience is a bonus)
• Operate workshop tools and machinery safely
• Assist with fitting/installation when required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
