Munson Boats is seeking Welder Fabricators to join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, including fire/rescue boats, research vessels, high speed patrol boats, USCG certified passenger boats and more. Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.
This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts), allowing for a great work-life balance with a three day weekend every week.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality aluminum welding with a focus on structural integrity and aesthetics
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks and other vessel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Ensure precise fit-up and proper welding techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work efficiently within a team 3-4 person team under direction of a lead supervisor
