JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding techniques.
• Experience welding mild steel.
• Proficient in grinding your own welds.
• CNC machining experience is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with mechanical concepts and basic math skills for precise measurements.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools accurately.
• Experience with rigging, machining, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly tasks is advantageous.
• Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely; certification is a plus.

• MIG welding with flux core is the primary process. 99% of the welding is mild steel.
• Work autonomously with the task given.
• Mentor and guide other welders in excellent assembly practices.
• Willing to perform other task as needed such as layout/drill, CNC machine, laser, field install and or any other processes needed to perform to build products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines for fabrication tasks.
• Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials around the worksite.
