Production Worker - Mig Welder/ Fabricator LSA Status: Non-exempt Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Keeps area neat and clean. Read and use a tape measure. Read blueprints and orders. Communicate well with coworkers. Use hand tools, air tools, grinders, metal cutting tools. Competencies Must have a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically. Must understand safety procedures. Must have good teamwork skills. Must live the Campion Operation Principals Qualifications Mig Welding experience required. Fabrication/design skills/experience required. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred but not required. Metal prep and paint experience recommended but not required.
