Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour (depends on experience)

OVERVIEW

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a reputable and growing engineering company. We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with 5–6 years of experience in welding and fabrication to join a friendly and motivated team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience as a Welder/Fabricator
• Proficient in MIG & TIG welding
• Experience working with mild steel and aluminium
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and a great team player

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE (NOT ESSENTIAL)

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• CNC Punching
• Brake Pressing
• Laser Cutting
• Tube Manipulation
• Powder Coating

• MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and aluminium
• Linishing welded components to a high finish
• Operating saws, guillotines, angle grinders
• Using various hand tools for fabrication work
• Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Quality checking own work
• Working independently and as part of a team
