JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to assemble components accurately and efficiently. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and specifications.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in fabrication and welding is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, cranes, calipers, ductwork, and press brake machines is essential.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize hand tools and machinery, including plasma cutting equipment, to fabricate metal components.
  • Assemble parts and structures according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Operate cranes for lifting heavy materials safely during the fabrication process.
  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques, ensuring strong and durable joints.
  • Use a caliper and other measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions of fabricated parts.
  • Work with ductwork systems, fabricating and installing as needed.
  • Operate press brake machines for bending metal sheets into required shapes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
