Dynamix Fabrication, part of the Renko Group, is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Welder to join our advanced manufacturing facility in Berrimah. We specialise in sheet metal, steel, and aluminium fabrication, supporting key Renko Group businesses including switchboard manufacturing and custom aluminium fabrication. With advanced equipment and a strong pipeline of work, we focus on delivering high-quality, precise, and efficient manufacturing outcomes across a range of industrial and commercial projects.
As a Welder, you will:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components
• Interpret technical drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication specifications
• Prepare materials including cutting, grinding, fitting, and alignment
• Carry out fabrication and assembly of components to specification
• Ensure weld quality meets required structural and visual standards
• Perform inspections and rectify defects where required
• Work closely with fabrication, laser, and forming teams to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain tools and welding equipment in good working condition
Essential for this role:
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and material behaviour
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld specifications
