We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and machinery. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication is preferred 2 years a must

Responsibilities
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints: MIG welders need to understand technical drawings and specifications to accurately assemble and weld metal components.

  • Operating welding equipment: Setting up and adjusting welding machines, selecting appropriate filler metals, wire electrodes, and gases.
  • Performing welding: Joining metal parts by applying heat and filler material to create strong and accurate welds.
  • Inspecting and testing welds: Checking for defects, cracks, and ensuring welds meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining equipment: Cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts of welding equipment as needed.
  • Ensuring safety: Following safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
