  • Refurbishing and repairing front-end and roll-off waste containers.
  • Performing MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions.
  • Assisting Heavy Duty mechanics with compactors and other equipment repairs.
  • Painting bins and contributing to overall shop order.
  • Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A WELDER:

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently.
  • Willingness to take direction and learn new skills.
  • Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
