JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our team. Reporting to the Shop or Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components in both shop and field settings. We support professional development through training, CWB qualification, and Welder Apprenticeship opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions effectively.
  • Working knowledge of equipment safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of welding experience in a custom or job shop environment (preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a range of conditions including heights, confined spaces, and noisy or dusty environments.
