JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter (lead hand) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong structural knowledge and be proficient in welding and fabrication techniques. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, operate various machinery, and assemble components with precision. The Welder/Fitter will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in welding, fitting, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations are essential.
