We are seeking an Aviation Welder to join the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) division in Fort Lauderdale, reporting directly to the Director of Production. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding repairs on commercial aircraft components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and contribute to the team’s success. This position offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. **Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position. Responsibilities: Minimum 2-3 years welding experience. Must pass AWS D17.1 practical welding test on all aircraft metals. Create structures by welding together components. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols. Must be able to speak, read and understand English. Applicant will have verifiable experience welding base metal groups, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Inconel in accordance with AWS certification D17.1 and D17.2 in the following processes MIG, TIG, Spot and Stud welding. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. A&P License or specialized training desired.
