Description

Welder Summary
The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and installing components. The Welder will be experienced in MIG and TIG welding and have the ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams. The Welder will also be able to fabricate custom parts as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Welding components with MIG and TIG welding
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
- Fabricating custom parts and components
- Inspecting and testing welds for quality assurance
- Ensuring that welds meet industry standards
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Welder Duties

  • Set up and operate welding machines to fuse parts together
  • Study diagrams, sketches and work orders to determine the layout and welding procedures
  • Inspect and examine welded surfaces and structures to determine the quality of the welds
  • Reassemble and repair equipment components
  • Perform maintenance and repair on welding equipment

Welder Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and diagrams

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
