JOB DESCRIPTION

FLINT is seeking Welder Helpers with industrial experience for a permanent job in Clairmont, AB starting October 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a 5-days in & 2-days out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial setting.
