ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform all MIG and TIG weld operations to fabricate enclosures and thermal management systems Perform pre-weld and post-weld processes on various materials: steel, stainless and aluminum. Able to weld components in flat and vertical positions Comply with all safety policies, company practices / procedures, and any reasonable management requests. Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS Must have 5 or more years of welding experience AWS certified welder from an accredited welding school Prefer certifications in MIG and TIG Experience welding sheet metal parts Able to read and understand drawings and weld instructions Able to repeat the same physical or mental tasks while maintaining accuracy of work. Able to handle parts potentially up to 55 lbs. Able to grasp parts repetitively.
