Description We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for MIG welding and fabrication of steel and aluminum components while maintaining quality and safety standards. Requirements Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum materials Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components to specifications Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience required Experience welding both steel and aluminum preferred Ability to read tape measures and blueprints Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance and additional benefits available Opportunity for growth and advancement Apply today to join a team that values quality craftsmanship and dedication
