We have an immediate opportunity for a welder:

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Takes pride in satisfying customers’ requirements in a team setting.
• Be familiar with welding processes in an ISO environment.
• Hold valid Certificate of Qualification welding tickets.
• 2+ years of welding experience.
• 2+ years Flux-Core and Multi-position welding experience.
• Read blueprints accurately.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Active tickets preferred
• Wage level to be based on relevant work experience.

• Work in compliance with Kubes Steel Inc. Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and its Regulations.
• Meet external and internal customer requirements in a timely fashion.
• Weld custom made products as set out in work instructions.
• Multi-position welding.
• Flux-Core Welding.
• Tack Welding.
• Read blueprints accurately.
• Manage multiple tasks and assigned sequences within all tolerances and specifications.
• Operate torches, clamping tools and grinders as required.
• Post welding check the sub assembly or assembly to ensure all required completed and within acceptable limits.
