Maintenance Tech/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep Plant Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed * Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required) * Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required) * General labor and maintenance support where needed * Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned SCHEDULE: * Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Night Shift: 9:00pm- 7:00AM * 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime as available BENEFITS: * Pay increase at 90-days (conditions apply) * Paid vacation & holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) REQUIREMENTS: * Previous maintenance experience preferred * MSHA Surface certification (training provided if needed) * Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays * Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test * basic hand tools REQUIRED PPE: * Hard hat * Reflective vest or shirt * Metatarsal boots Our employees are our greatest asset.
